Refund policy

Authorization

All returns and exchanges require prior approval from goodusedboatparts.com, a subsidiary of Niemiec Marine, Inc.  Contact us at 508-997-7390 or email returns@niemiecmarine.com to obtain authorization.

Return Conditions

  • Returns within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund (subject to terms below) or exchange (if the item is in stock).
  • Returns will not be accepted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received and in a sellable condition unless they are defective.
  • Return will not be accepted if the item is damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use.
  • All returns must be received by Niemiec Marine, Inc. within 30 days of purchase.  Returns received after 30 days will incur a 20% transaction fee, in addition to any applicable restocking fees.
  • Items not meeting the conditions stated above may incur a restocking fee of up to 100% of the purchase price of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Propellers are non-returnable.  Customers are responsible for verifying that the propeller size and dimensions meet their boat's requirements before purchase.
  • Discounted items that are marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return and no refund will be issued.  

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error in order fulfillment by goodusedboatparts.com or defective merchandise.  Please contact Niemiec Marine, Inc. immediately to communicate any issues with your order.  

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are limited to 95% of the purchase price of the product to account for the initial processing fees.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.  
  • If the original payment account has expired or closed, the refund might be processed differently depending on the payment provider.
  • If a refund has been approved and processed, please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
